Why should this appeal be considered?: Hello, I got banned because I went offline before I could explain my side. I was in a police chase for committing murder. I pulled over my vehicle with my friend and got out of my car and instantly pulled my gun out. I pulled out my gun before the officer did, I thought. I didnt realize I was even under gunpoint and on my side it looked like I had my gun out first. He just raised his gun first. My full intent was to get out of my vehicle and instantly start shooting. The cop just beat me to it then I get banned for 3.4...

It was very clear you were under gunpoint and were told to put your hands up, which you failed to do. Instead, you pulled your gun out, leading to your death. I'm not sure how you didn't see that you were under gunpoint, as you were looking directly at the officer when you pulled the gun out.
