Why should this appeal be considered?: Their first GP i didnt notice they were gping me and then for the second one which i got done for, you can clearly see me stop the car after realising they got me which then proceed to start firing at me. This is clearly me driving away cos i was being shot at by them

That image is taken right after they began firing at me. I have the right do drive away once they begin firing upon my car. Am I just meant to hop out the car whilst having the car mag dumped?
