Why were you punished?: for shooting someone in front of pd

Why should this appeal be considered?: because i was wanted for murder for dropping the player that was telling the cops i killed him so i pulled my gun out in a chance to kill them and get away but the revolver i had was aboslute shit and took the whole roll to kill the first guy. in my eyes theres 2 choices run and either get tazed or hit with a baton or kill the snitch and shoot pd both still result in my freedom at risk

It makes no sense for you to carry out your act of revenge right within walking distance of two Officer's. Your other options were to run away or turn yourself in if you believe you were about to be arrested, you gained nothing out of this and got yourself killed in the process for carrying out your revenge when you could have just done so after an arrest without any Officer's around if you bothered to plan accordingly.
