Why should this appeal be considered?: My back was turned. I heard hands up then Gun shots so I ran. Police also never identified themselves. I also never seen a firearm. . There isnt much to explain besides whats in the Clip. I am in the White Shirt. I was simply reacting to the scenario Infront of me. Its against the rules to not fear for your life. So run from bullets.
Additional Information: Had a Previous report open that mega wouldnt solve so I feel like its targeted
