Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 3.4, 4.2 - User as a medic failed to leave a shootout which caused them to be shot and nearly killed. The user had then run over the person who shot them.

Why should this appeal be considered?: There was a raid going on at slums, i was on standby near the City Hall parking lot (at the top of the ramp, slightly around the corner). To clarify, this means that the CRIME SCENE was at SLUMS (key details!!).

Now, if we actually look at the definition for 4.2 we see that
"Typically, Paramedics may not enter a crime scene if it has not yet been secured by law-enforcement personnel."

I am not to blame for the flanker who STARTED to shoot RIGHT NEXT TO ME, I did not MOVE TO HIM, he CAME TO ME (more key details!!), that is why (I believe) I did not break 4.2.



Now here is why I don't think I broke 3.4:
The flanker started shooting right in front of me, i called them out, they had killed 1 or 2 cops. Like 7 seconds after falling into the PD parking lot I saw the opportunity to try recover an officer who was shot, I go to try drag them using my car as a barrier but then the flanker tries to kill me but tremendously fails, I then get back in my car WHILE BLEEDING, try to drive off but then some retard rams me for literally no reason stopping me from making my great escape, I then back up, and then in that moment, I see the opportunity to do what's right (to run them over), so I went ahead and did that.

To recap:
Flanker kills a cop in front of me, they fall into the pd parking lot, I create a barrier with my car, I try to recover the body, I get shot, I get in my car, I try to flee, some retard rams into me for some reason preventing me from doing so, I back up, see the opportunity to run over the guy who tried to kill me, I successfully do so, I then make my escape afterwards.

Outcome:
I am alive, the killer is dead, I got away.

Alternate outcome:
I am alive, the killer is still killing people, I get away.

Better outcome? The outcome that happened.

4.2 - As seen in @Valentine's evidence, the crime scene clearly extended beyond Shady St. considering police were being shot at on Main St. You were lurking in this area and were therefore "in the crime scene". Whether he came to you or not is irrelevant when you were dragging around bodies within an active crime scene (you also entered your definition of the crime scene in doing so).

3.4 - When you were shot at by Valentine, you did not make any effort to leave the area and still continued to lurk around in the crime scene. Doing so put your life at continued and unnecessary risk. Your job as a Paramedic is not to have vendettas or take revenge against other players, you should have simply left and not taken any chances. You are not equipped for such behaviour nor is it within your best interests as a government employee. Instead you decided to drive straight into the dangerous criminal who had just shot at you. Did you consider what would have happened had you missed? Was it worth taking this risk all to settle the score? Not to mention, you then decided to get out and have a short meander whilst bandaging yourself. You were clearly in no rush to leave and doing so was about the only way to guarantee your own safety, which should always be your #1 priority.

Overall, the fact that you remained in an unsecured crime scene as a Paramedic and put your life at unnecessary is indisputable, therefore, the ban is valid.
