Why should this appeal be considered?: Here is my pov. https://streamable.com/. I wasnt in immediate danger when storing the weapon, when I killed the police it was because I had already started the raid before police were on scene.
Its a gray area to me if what I did was allowed, start a raid, store a gun away from the raid and return within a couple of seconds. I had only done this because I cleared everyone outside the property, the only two defenders that were alive locked themselves in church until i had arrived again after storing the weapon, I believe there was no immediate threat when I picked up the shotgun.
I would like it to be noted that I had got the arresting officer warned for 3.21 before I had received this ban 2 days later.
