Why should this appeal be considered?: Due to the fact I was being harassed all night by a org that was downstairs. I have been raided also today 12 times in total. With the mugging around the base and in the base happening roughly the same amount as the total raids. I have been falsly arrested by officers while the org was raiding my base causing me to shoot back and I get raided by police after. I made it known to staff through multiple complaints and called/ text 911 over 20 times today during this incident. The moment I felt that they keep harassing me I stopped listening to their orders under FearRP ofc because I have nothing to give anymore and I have been robbed and I literally just respawned came back to my base and another org member is sitting in the corner of my home waiting for me. They were getting joy out of robbing me because I was giving a reaction to them. I just feel that through the constant harassment as well as them paying people to raid me to get a reaction should be able to get me unbanned. I like the server design and how it rolls and by anymeans I didn't want to be banned from same. I first started with a wrong base design admins helped me fix it and gave me a warning. Once I fixed it I continued to be raided and raided and robbed. After literally 10-12 times after being robbed you just become immune to being robbed literally you have nothing left to give. In my head that literally gives me a RP reason to not comply yet I understand the server's rules are there. I corrected my errors and have read the rules regarding the ban. Please un ban me and I guess I can try to find a way to stop getting raided and mugged as I am a new player and the staff member did nothing about the same org constantly harssing me and raiding me just only advised each member can separately raid me within the time and its fine. So basically a org of 10 people can just raid separtatly a new player and nothing gets done about it. You will loose players due to these guys actions. And once something happens to them they record and report.

Additional Information: I would like another staff member to review and give consideration rather than the same one that banned me just slapping a denied picture on my fourmn

You have already made an apology for your ban, which was denied. You cannot make a dispute just to see whether another staff member would accept your apology.

In order to make a dispute, you need to demonstrate that you have not broken the rules, and thus you want to challenge the legitimacy of the punishment. If you feel you have broken the rules but the punishment length was too harsh, then your correct course of action would be to make a staff complaint on @omega.

You were banned for the following reason:

2.5, 3.4, 3.5 - User failed to comply under gunpoint twice in two different situations, they also attempted to take revenge on players who robbed them, however, they had fully died and were in a new life.

Can you please clarify for me which rule(s) cited you feel you did not break, and why? Are you saying that you did not fail to comply under gunpoint twice, or that you did not try to take revenge on players who had robbed you when you were still under the guise of NLR?

I would also add that based on what you have written in your original post, it seems to me that you do acknowledge you did indeed break the rules but feel there are extenuating circumstances/mitigating factors which mean you should not have been banned. If this is the case, then you need to make a staff complaint. Do correct me if I am wrong.
