Punishment Type: Ban
Punishment Subtype: Server Ban
Appeal Type: Dispute[Evidence]
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @phoondos
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: 1 Week

Your Steam Name: Baba
Your Roleplay Name: Baba Won
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:124402073

Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User ran an officer over whilst under direct gunpoint. User was just unbanned for rule 3.4 and should know better considering they were also banned recently for 3.4.

Why should this appeal be considered?: During the situation. I had recently attempted to help a friend that was cuffed and was going into jail for 9.2. A cop then came and gunpointed me but i ran him over. The ban was for 1 week and I feel like it was unrealistic on how the cop could've held a steady grip while getting ran over. Physics don't allow people to get ran over in any sort of speed and still hold a firm stable grip on their gun. As we can see in my evidence video. The officer was even ON the car and MAG DUMPED. but the suspect was still alive. "
" Is the video of the rulebreak. Unrealistic movement during the situation in my opinion and i strongly believe that this should be considered. Thank you for reading this!

Additional Information: (The Evidence bar contains the video from real life)

You were under gunpoint twice during that situation. When you were reversing out of the parking spot into the officer, you were driving at such low speed and attempted to run over the officer which you failed. You were then fully stationary and were ordered by the officer to get out of the vehicle. Instead of complying, you started accelerating into the officer and ragdolled him.

3.4 Putting your Life at Risk

Any actions taken by a player that may put their In-Character life, freedom from imprisonment or general well being at risk must be done so in a realistic fashion and for beneficial reasons.

A few common examples of unreasonable risks includes, but is not limited to:
To not comply with reasonable orders given under the direct threat of a lethal weapon pointed at you
