Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User failed to comply whilst under gunpoint, while loitering in an active shootout.
Why should this appeal be considered?: 1.I did comply under gunpoint as i did what he asked which was run away but then he gunned me down.In the clip im trying to close my phone and get to sprinting which i do but still get killed.
2.I thought i was far enough from the shootout and it wouldnt affect me so i do apologise for that.
i made the report because in my eyes the person that killed me did it for an unjustifiable reason as i followed his commands.
I dont think that the ban is fair tho as i just got recently unbanned and ive been a good player and havent broken any rules, i was just at the wrong place at the wrong time.
Please consider this as im really enjoying this server.
