Why should this appeal be considered?: queer isn't homophobic or offensive. its 2023 anyone thats new born gets offended by anything now. just because you dont agree with something or feel comfortable with it doesnt mean its homophobic @Pugga

Once multiple people told you that there was nothing wrong with that, out of anger you said "Queer" which is homophobic.

i was using it in the context that the guy that killed me sounded feminine. which could be taken with offense but then again anyone can take anything with offense now. someone taking offense to something doesnt mean its automatically homophobic. same with racism or anything else. unless its like literally blatant and ur just throwing around homophobic and racist slurs. and then again queer isnt even a homophobic slur or any slur matter of fact

Queer very much can be used as a slur and the fact that you called someone queer due to them sounding feminine is a precise example of exactly how it can be used as a slur. You have directed a word used to describe homosexual people at them because of a stereotype, you can't seriously believe your own argument can you?

You have no leg to stand on here and you cannot expect anyone to believe that your intentions were anything but malicious when you have an extensive blacklist record for disrespectful and discriminatory behaviour and are clearly not someone with a high regard for the server rules.

Take these 2 weeks to seriously reflect on your attitude. If, after that time, you still think you've done no wrong; don't come back.
