Punishment Type: Ban
Appeal Type: Dispute
Which staff member issued the punishment?: Racxes
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: 2 Days
Your Steam Name: Tinker_uk28
Your Roleplay Name: Geoff Bobington
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:0:509801397
Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 3.4 - User failed to comply with direct gun point resulting in his death.
Why should this appeal be considered?: The fact that it was in a public area (bazaar) makes it a joke. As quoted by the rules "Players may only mug other players in a realistic manner, for example mugging someone in the middle of a street is not realistic. Muggings should only take place in locations which are out of the view of the public." Going into the back of someone's store, with other people back there minding their own business, taking a gun out and beginning to rob me is in public. If other players are in the same vicinity and can see what's going on, actually being right next to what's going on is not realistic. According to rule 3.3 Realistic Actions "All actions a player makes must be done as realistically as possible" robbing someone while other people are right next to you isn't realistic. They had nothing to do with the scene and were minding their own business.
TL;DR
robbing someone with other people around, within the same room, (surely) is a breach of rule 3.3 Realistic Actions
