Why were you punished?: 2.5, 3.4 - While a police officer was detaining his friend he decided to shoot the police officer without making sure of any real arrest reason.

Why should this appeal be considered?: I saw my friend killing someone, didnt hear the person killed moan so I was pretty sure that hes going to be 10 toes so I killed the cop. I dont think my actions were wrong, and I understand that I just got banned, but I just dont think i should be punished at all. The other guy was crossfire

Here is the exact clip, you've shot me even though it was a self defense case and your friend wouldn't be arrested but only detained, as I've seen the fight break out from the start,
You've, or well, should've heard at least two moans before you decided to open fire on me,
If you haven't heard them I'd reccomend turning up your volume next time,

On review of all of the evidence, this is a valid ban. Whilst your friend did kill someone, you started shooting too soon and failed to do any investigation as to whether it was self-defence or not.

Furthermore, someone had even stated to the officer that it was self-defence when they arrived. You should have waited until you were sure they were being arrested for 9.2/9.5 before you started shooting; the kill was premature. In the future, be sure to investigate properly before shooting at police officers, as this could have easily just been a case of self-defence.
