Why were you punished?: 2.5, 3.15 - User was constantly harassing new players by ramming their cars and running them over because "they were annoying", immature in report.

Why should this appeal be considered?: It was a case of anger and road rage. They start of by driving on the wrong side of the road and as we are driving around one of them says the nonoword, my friend responds to this by chasing after him and in this chase they say that he needs to get out and they are gonna have a fight, acting tuff and calling him all kinds of slurs. After i have reparid my car i join them in the chase up over the bridge to hicktown where he says he is gonna rape me and my mom, thats why i said he said bad thinfs about my mom. Over at hicktwon Rowley is flying around and sees us ramming thiere cars to wiche he tells us to stop or he will punish us, we ofcourse follow his orders and leave them alone. Rowley then makes report on me asking why i was ramming them to wiche i told him they were annyoing as manny new players are and that they said bad things about my mom. I dont see where i am being inmature in the report as he only allowed me to say they were annoying and that they said bad things about my mum. I dont think rowleyt investigated tihs enough as only 30 seconds after the report was made he banned me without asking me further questions or informing me that i was being banned. He also disregarded a report i had made and never got it done even tho he had claimed it and on a other occasion closed a report i had made before it was done. I think that its was a lot of road rage but that they were asking for it calling us slures raging up for a fight. Granted it was probaly best to let the admins handel this instead of ramming them. I just dont like people getting band and thus the reason why i did not make a F6

Additional Information: I also dont understand why i got a month and my friend got 2 weeks as we did the same thing

What started as a road rage incident was taken way too far. Your actions were excessive for the situation. You are an experienced player by now, and we do not appreciate this kind of behavior, especially towards new players. No matter how annoying they were being, you should not take matters into your own hands and relentlessly ram their vehicles. If they were driving recklessly and/or starting trouble, you should have informed the police to handle it. For the actual rule breaks, like them dropping slurs, you need to make an F6 report and let staff deal with it. Retaliating by breaking rules yourself is never the answer and will just end up getting you punished too.

That being said, we did review the report, and we have agreed that your responses weren't necessarily "immature," just a little short and unhelpful. We will be updating your ban reason to remove the "immature in report" part. We are also looking into the new players' behavior in the evidence provided and will handle them separately for any rules they broke.

Since you did however break rule 2.5 and 3.15, the ban stands. If you feel that your ban ban length is too harsh or you have an issue with how Rowley handled the situation, you will need to file a staff complaint instead.
