Why were you punished?: Grabbing a glock from a chest during a raid

Why should this appeal be considered?: I am only playing 3th or 4th day AND while I was being raided: I was able to take a glock because I was standing in the left side, while the gunpoint was at the right side on the other side of room towards my friend, he wasn't looking at me for a very long time so I managed to without struggle walk to chest and take out a gun, it was a small glock so it's realistic in real life you would also defend yourself and your friend. I do not consider I was at gunpoint when I had the entire time to walk to chest, grab the glock and be quicker than player to aim at each other and shoot. In real life if you get opportunity to grab a small pistol from somewhere nearby, if you can you would do it and that is realistic. I really hope I can get unbanned as I feel I was unfairly banned and really wanted to play tonight...

p.s.: staff member Rowley sent me evidence via F6 chat logs, so there has to be a recording, I personally don't know how demos work and I had no recording software

After review, we have determined that the 3.4 ban is deemed valid.

The reasoning is that you were still being held at gunpoint and were remaining within the immediate area of threat. By taking your weapon out of your storage whilst an individual was aiming a shotgun in your direction, you still placed yourself at significant risk. Although you were successful in killing the raider, and saving your base. The action you took itself still constituted a disregard for the danger you were put under and risk you were put under at the time.
