Why were you punished?: 2.5 - User killed a player who was not visibly armed on the exterior of regals because he thought he might be counter raiding.

Why should this appeal be considered?: Alright this is actually insane, got banned before i could even explain what happened, these dudes came with another guy that my friend already had killed, blocking off the main entrence to the SLUMS not regals which he also for some reason said but this whole thing happened by the rooftop at slums, it says they was not visibly armed but in the video he sent me in the F6 is literally a guy running around with a baseball bat out and another guy with an revolver which not seen in the clip he had brandished earlier so i knew they were packing, so its obvius i think theyre counter raiding when one guy already engaged in a firefight w my friend and these guys running up to the top floor and looking for me, and raiding with mele e weapons are now allowed so i had right to defend myself, they was walking into an active raid and they knew it why else would they had weapons and weapons out as well since they didnt live there.

Additional Information: I think this is really poor behaviour from the staff member because the reason literally states that they were not visebly armed but the clip he goddam sends me is them being VISIBLY ARMED. And it also says it happened by regals when it actually happened at slums, its clear he has no idea what hes doing.

I think it was more then clear they meant us harm since they were blocking off the main door with their van while that guy was armed, also was running up the stairs looking for me since i had ran away from them in the stairs making myself up to the roof to hold out, so i hear these guys in the clip talking and i peek the ledge and see one of them having a bat and saw earlier on other guy had an revolver of some kind, it was clear they didnt live there since they had been running up and down and even shows in the beggining of the clip one of them was standing still waiting by the door as if they was gonna break it down, and its allowed to melee raid now so me shooting him was fair game since he came in the company of the dude who was also blocking off door w their van, now taking all this into consideration i think its MORE then clear they was hostile and was actually trying to counter, so to say i killed someone who was not visibly armed is not true at all, i had a lot of proof they were counter raiding and even saw they WAS VISIBLY ARMED. They were also posing as threats since everything that had happened before that, the ban description is completely wrong and unfair, there was so much proof and i couldve told Rowley all of this if he didnt ban me so fast without allowing me to explain anything

In the meantime, could you elaborate on why you believed these players were counter-raiding? The video you provided shows two players on the Slums balcony who appear to be doing nothing more than walking around.

I understand that you may have seen one of the players with a revolver out earlier. However, at the time of the encounter shown in the video, he did not appear to pose an active threat to life, nor were there any clear indications that he was participating in a counter-raid. Could you clarify what led you to believe otherwise?

Alright i will try and make an complete timeline of the event. so after the raid my friend tells me to bring the planters to the top of the roof while he gets his van for transport, while transporting the drugs to the rooftop while waiting i hear a car pull up and i tell my friend about this, he does an 180 and comes right back to see two guys get out of the car, with one of them having a handgun out and walk around the building up towards the fire escape while the other guy parks his car blocking off the entrance of the building with his van, which i’d like to add is against the rules because now we couldn’t get out that way and just that alone forces me to go through the fire escape to get out out there, meaning go through them. So while this happens my friend gets spotted by this guy who just blocked off the entrance and he tries to pull a gun on him but my friend shot him down, he tells me about all of this and that he was in the company of two others warning me to stay put because they’re coming up, now i hear the two guys talking while they’re running up and down on the external stairs saying stuff like "where did he go, "does he live here?" and more suspicions chatter. Now knowing they were in the company of the other guy and the fact that one of them was already acting very hostile and blocking off entrance is clearly showed as an hostile move because that’s like something bank robbers would do in an movie so people wouldn’t be able to escape, there was nothing good about that move. Also walking into an active raid where they hears gunshots just a minute ago and choosing to do all of this while saying doing the stuff they did, being armed the way they was, saying the stuff they did, and moving super sus in an active raid i took all of this into consideration and thought it was very obvious they were NOT friendly and therefor counter raiding, i mean for crying out loud their friend was literally armed to the teeth and blocking the entrance off RIGHT after the raid happened. And if you were not planning on counter raiding why would you be carrying guns on the back, sealing off the entrance with a car so u can only get out one way (the way the two dudes were at) and why have an bat completely visibly saying and doing suspicious things in an active raid being in the company of the other guy my friend killed who was trying to kill him, funny thing is my friend got an f6 because of this since i’m guessing the raiders didn’t know he was w me and got confused to why he killed him afterwards but when it got explained to the staff member he literally closed it because he understood the situation, but i was in the complete same situation with the same people but i get banned?

And in case y’all think "its just an baseball bat" while it’s obviously not the greatest weapon with a crazy range it does swat the gun out of your hands so i could not push down there normally since he would’ve tried to swat it out my hands and his friend then mug me/kill me.


So here’s an shorter version of the reasons i choose to shoot them for :

Blocking off entrance with van making it so i can only push out one way (the way they were)

Driver of the van had an gun on his back

The driver tried to kill my friend

My friend spotted a guy with an handgun (meaning there was now two armed people with guns)

One running around right under me with an baseball bat

Them saying stuff like “where did he go”,“where is he”

Them still sticking around even after their friend got killed

Them even being in the area even though it was an active raid (because if they didn’t live there, which they didn’t. there would have been no other reason for then to be in an active raid risking their life with guns and bats out.

So while taking all this into consideration and after seeing/hearing the stuff i saw n heard i definitely think these guys were counter raiders, more now then ever. so i hope to it that y’all see it too since there are soo many signs proving they had no other intention but then to counter raid.

I would also like to add when i shot the first guy his friend was trying to pick up his friends gun and therefor i shot him too, this also proves they were hostile because a normal person who would’ve been fearing for their life would’ve ran away it they had nothing to do with this situation.

you’re welcome, and in the sit in demo you will see that i was first running away from people on inside staircase cuz i heard ppl, went to the roof and holed up there while other stuff which i explained happened then peeked over the side cuz i heard them on external and you can see one got a bat and i think i might even have seen someone w a gun there at external but even if i hadn’t myself my friend had but after i shot one of them the other dude stood over his corpse and it looked like he was picking up his friends gun cuz he just stood still over it and didn’t run or anything and if he wouldn’t been counter raiding and was just someone random there even tho it was an active raid he would’ve ran immediately not still be standing around there
