Why should this appeal be considered?: It was a mistake I made unknowingly and I was punished exaggeratedly. first of all, I was banned for 1 week and now when I tried to enter the game, I realized that I was permanently banned. Do you think it is fair to be permanently banned for a small mistake I made without knowing it?

Looking at the evidence submitted in the comments on your ban we have concluded that your ban is justified within our rules. The length is there as you failed to take responsibility for the rules you broke, and refused to hand over the items you took from the players. If you want this ban to be shortened you should create an apology and hand over the items you took from the players.

As you failed to comply with the staff member, your ban reason will be amended and 1.6 will also be added to your record to better describe the reasoning of your ban.
