Why were you punished?: vdm
Why should this appeal be considered?: I don't believe my punishment should be extended based on past punishments as I'd already been punished for those and paid my time accordingly, and doing so is double jeopardy. I'd serve the original one month sentence, but I also tried to appeal that because I feel I can show that I'll behave myself given the chance to, and would take the punishment accordingly for breaking that, but my punishment shouldn't be extended for trying to appeal, and based on past issues, because had I not tried to appeal to begin with, my original 1 month punishment would have been left alone, and it should either be left at that, or removed entirely with warning it would be extended if there was a misstep
