Right so , the clip shows a RC member towing a vehicle from our org , when attempting to talk to him he ran over a member of the Org and killed him .

So a valid RP reason now as an org (a gang) would be to go out and locate the RC member who killed a member of our gang and do to him what he did to an org member , therefore i shot and killed the RC member in the RC vehicle lot, out of view . I had an org member on the bridge at this time telling me there was no one around and it was clear to kill

The fact i have been banned for a legitimate RP scenario is actually wild to me , to the point where if this gets denied im not even making an apology as i feel i did nothing wrong in this situation

The crazy thing is if i get raided by someone and then go out and find them and kill them that is allowed , yet if one of our org members gets killed by someone we cant go and kill them???

this contradicts itself and I'm actually so surprised i have been banned for this its crazy

Some extra info is my org member ilias is making a forums report as this whole scenario started by the RC ramming into the parked vehicles so that he could tow them for being illegally parked , so i would hope you can take that into evidence as well

im assuming the ban was based on me braking this section of 2.5 however murdering a org member is not minor id say its pretty major

Id like to point out that the RC worker ran away from the situation rather than informing the police he had ran me over which another Org member Ilias witnessed which turn it from accidental to murder and fleeing

Right so , the clip shows a RC member towing a vehicle from our org , when attempting to talk to him he ran over a member of the Org and killed him .

The first part is true, but what the clip actually shows is the person in question position themselves in between the truck and the car being towing, putting their own life in danger.

The same can be seen here, as this person is never in my field of view as I drive away, except for standing on the SIDE of the truck.

Your friend proceeded to try and shoot me, but I got away and he was then apprehended by police and his weapon confiscated. This should've been the end of the situation, as the officers also didn't see this as an intentional killing by my hand, but stupid actions performed by the person that got crushed.

15 minutes after the police situation, you simply pull up to the Roadcrew Station and proceed to kill me after asking why police are following me around (which should've been a pretty good reason for you to take more caution IMO than just shoot me where I stood), while also in plain view of the 2 NPCs inside the Roadcrew Station.

i had been canvasing you from office where an officer had been following you however the officer stayed at office and did not follow

your clip proves the you had no intention of RP as you heard me trying to get your attention and you ignored me , when i was wiling to pay you for the car and re park it as the car was not parked like that originally , you can also see im walking along side your vehicle and you pushing me closer and closer towards the wall until i cant go anywhere and you run me over

Furthermore when i killed you from my pov the NPC where not in my eyeline at the time of the incident as u can see their is a partial wall blocking the line of view from where i was stood

As you can see i had no knowledge that my org member had been apprehended and had his weapons taken off him as he had told me that the cops took a gun off him for having it in public and never mentioned he had fired it , From my pov (RP) i was made aware by an org member (the one who shot at you) that you ran over one of us and killed them then fled the scene ., resulting in us tracking you for killing an org member

If you watch the clip where i kill you , my friend was on the bridge checking and you can also see me looking around to ensure that the place was clear and there was no police nearby


Based on the RP information i had the situtation was not over

i asked my org member what happened , they informed me a rc member ran over our org member , then drove away and the police took a gun off him as he had one in public on his person , he asked me to go out with him to see where you was going and find an opportunity when you was alone , which i did.

"Both NPCs could see you arrive, both NPCs could see me die, and then both NPCs could see you leave again" i see your point here , but in an rp situation i would threaten them , but an officer pulled up as you died and my org member killed him so i had to get out of there.

I had no warrant after your death also

You should stand clear of roadcrew towing vehicles as it is common knowledge that it is incredibly easy to die around roadcrew vehicles. This is just a simple case of fuck around and find out. The roadcrew was immediately under gunfire after accidentally killing the guy with the towed car so couldn't stop to resolve the situation by calling 911 for police or EMS. Hunting the RC down and killing him wasn't the best of ideas considering it wasn't the RCs full fault for the death.
