Why should this appeal be considered?: Greetings,
I would want to start this thread off by saying that i have instantly crouched when the barricade went out of my line of sight (on the clip it is visible there was a bit of lag in the demo), then as i took my gun out the person already shifted into a position i could not have seen them from, also i might add the person didnt issue any verbal command like "hands up" exc., therefore i think this punishment was unreasonable as i ducked in time and before the person saw me the next time my gun was already out.

I forgot to add this in the additional information but the clip is from the raider's (person reporting me) position, not from mine.

(involved) I do believe he didn't see me as I entered, it looked as if he was still building/ setting up his base, his face was crouched looking into concrete barrier as he brought it down with his phys gun, negating his ability to see me as i run by.

Quoting 3.4 guidelines

It may be justifiable to not follow orders under gunpoint is if you are very close to cover that would withstand the impact of bullets and protect you for long enough so you can pull out your weapon.

In this case, the raider was so close you evidently wouldn't have had time to pull your gun in time.
