Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User failed to comply with orders under gunpoint, resulting in their death.

Why should this appeal be considered?: Well i believe this isn't very fair as for starters the sweater is in between me and the gun for starters therefore giving me cover on top of that i was able to pull out my gun before the attackers gun wasn't even pointed at me which even the admin said from a different pov i didn't suggesting maybe a delay but the admin would not listen so in conclusion i i was able to pull out my gun before he pointed his at me giving me time to fight back.

After reviewing your POV with the staff members who issued the punishment we have decided that it wasn't 3.4 as you had pulled your gun out whilst the other users gun was in passive from your POV. I would like to mention however, if the other users gun was in attack stance, the sweater being there would make no difference as you would still be at risk of death if he started spraying.

Due to the 3.4 being removed your ban will be reduced to 1 week.
