Why were you punished?: 1.6, 2.5, 3.4 - User ran over a group of players on purpose, including a police officer, right infront of several other officers for no apparent reason. The user then fled having recently committed several felonies, which only were connected to them after they had been caught because prior to the pursuit the police had no evidence to connect the user to any crimes. When asked for a clip of their POV, the user claimed they had none. When being informed they were receiving punishment, after I had gone to watch their demo, did the user then say they were going to check their clip of the situation, seriously wasting my time "because they didn't want to do work"

Why should this appeal be considered?: I blew up Regels on a raid and ran over people driving away from the situation this admin is the most unprofessional person i have ever seen on this server. My clipping was not working but was going to see if I can stop recoding then pull a clip which takes a lot longer then what the admin can do also there job and check the demo I was asking of the rip then they just said it didn't work and banned me for 2 weeks. I was on a raid then hit people not breaking any rules. tantrum in the chat "Don't tell me what to do" when I had said to please check the demos or pull me to a sit. Also the people where in the street and i was given no proof that they where in the cross walk the admin went of pure hear say cus he thought I was giving him attuite. and hence he made the ban 2 week

Additional Information: I would like to make a report on this admin as well please provide with reporting info I then started taking clipps of the unprofessional stuff being said had a tantrum in the chat "Dont tell me what to do" when i had said to please check the demos or pull me to a sit

Thank you I’ll fill out the staff complaint now but my whole thing about this ban is the staff member is saying the demo is corrupt. I gave them permission so my point is they didn’t even have evidence to ban me nothing was provided they probably knew the other person and just took there word because I wasn’t provided with anything at all I told the admin I was raiding and they didn’t believe me when I had blown up all of Regals with a bomb

All I wanted was transparency on what was going on and I firmly believe they just wanted to ban me cus I wasn’t understanding them and gave them a hard time for asking them to look at me demo I can provide the clip of the conversation with the admin

2. Me knowing or not knowing someone doesn't play a role when dealing with administrative things. If you want to accuse me of being biased and intend on slandering me, I suggest you stop. Keep it to the staff complaint, but don't do it publicly.
3. The demo, at least for me, is corrupt. It crashes when I begin playing it. Whether you gave me "permission" to watch it plays no factor whatsoever. You are, in fact, required to provide it if a staff member requests it.
4. The raid on Regals had little to do with my initial decision to ban you, it just added further context to what you did.

And for transparency's sake, since you seem to be somehow convinced I'm biased or corrupt or whatever, I'm not involved in the decisionmaking of either the staff complaint you may or may not be creating, nor of this dispute.

See that's where you just went all wrong with the ban as i said they where hit as i was driving away after a raid standing in the street. If your telling me running away from a crime so i don't get caught is ban able that is crazy i followed all the rules because it was after the raid I believe you are not telling the turth about my demo because this has never been a problem in all of my time on perpheads. I appogize if I made you upset but im getting frustrated that I was banned for 2 week after a raid. with again no evidence that still hasn't been provided. I just have never had an admin inter action like this hence I have never been over banned for something. 2 weeks for giving attuite is not just

Just read 4 The whole point was they where standing in the road and i was booking it because i just blew up regals so your telling me I cant run away.

The reason why it was initially corrupted is likely due to it being requested before it stopped recording on its own/restarted. Providing it to us again will likely solve the issue.
