Why were you punished?: 3.4, 3.22 - User evaded police over traffic citations, then failed to comply with orders under gunpoint. Afterwards, they drove on the wrong side of the highway for no apparent reason.

I had previously thrown multiple molotvs into the PD in the same life I don't know what they are stopping me for.

I was evading the police succesfully, then after a failed pit maneuver the cop pulled out the gun BEHIND ME as I drove away a fair distance and did not give any verbal warnings that he's going to shoot at me.

3.4 did not apply to the situation as I had reasonable confidence that I was going to escape the police and I actually did, the officer that was tailing me then drove away instead of trying to catch me, nullifying any argument to be made that the lack of speed in the mini-cooper warranted me to getting out of the vehicle.
The moderator should've instead properly pit maneuvered me and held me at gun point at a position where 3.4 is unarguable.

I think this could've been resolved by simply catching me in my mini-cooper which is the intended function of the police job.

Now that I'm looking at the demo it seems like I was in the wrong but I find it unfair that I got my ban extended for having a monotone voice I'm Eastern European and Slavic languages are notoriously known to have very monotonous intonation resulting in me using the same intonation when I speak English. I do not believe I was giving an attitude, I was simply speaking like I do in normal conversation.

I would also like to point out that on the clips you can see that I only see the cop out of the car for a few frames and it wasn't enough for me to notice that he had a gun equipped also he shouldn't have shot at me and instead he should've shot at my tires. I was already speeding away from him while he was shooting at my car.

The intonation was not a factor in this, rather your absolute disregard to any of my attempts at explaining the why your actions were in violation of server rules. You didn't make any serious attempt at even remotely comprehending what I was saying, instead being very abrasive and stating you were right in your actions over and over again.

Because you can’t dispute the length of the ban that will need to be done via staff complaint

it's still an appeal because he didn't have a justifiable reason to even shoot me there thus dismissing the 3.4 claim.
I mentioned earlier how he should've shot at my tires and everything would be over by then.
He could've resolved everything in RP by calling in another police unit but he clearly wasn't interested in RP.
