Why were you punished?: 2.5, 3.20 - User killed a paramedic for no apparent reason, then disconnected from the server while a report was open with them.

Why should this appeal be considered?: 2.5 - I was doing a bank raid and i made a clear advert in CAPS that who will enter the bank area will die immediately. There was an alarm aswell and u can hear a TFU sniper on the background. But the medic decided to go right infront of the bank after the adverts and the shots fired. Then after i saw he was right infront of bank i shot his car once to give him warning to LEAVE. but instead of taking the warning shot and leaving he decided to stay in the car.

3.20 - Honestly its my bad i didnt really see the report and i would answer it because i always answer the reports and never left with one opened. I left because i was blackscreened and got mad that i lost as50 and bank raid and tahts why i left. But i didnt see any report

Part of this, lushi gave multiple warning shots before shooting the car. Medic didn't listened at all, he was well aware there was a bank raid.

After reviewing this dispute.

For 2.5, we find that the medic shouldn't be in the area, and you do shoot at the medic to and gave time for them to leave. I will say though shooting a vehicle with an AS50 as a warning shot isn't the optimal solution as you will disable the vehicle.

As for 3.20, you had disconnected from the server while dead before a report was opened with you.
