Why were you punished?: for 2.5 and 3.4

Why should this appeal be considered?: I understand in the first clip I should not have full killed the guy with the bat when I was under gunpoint, but the officer never to told me to put my hands up and just shot me.

in the second clip to start off there was a whole raid including multiple people being shot dead with my and my orgs DNA on them and the house that was being raided also had drugs inside. when the officer first came to the scene he had no idea what was going on, and put one of my org members in cuffs while i was on the phone with him. when the cop put my friend in cuffs the phone cut off making him disconnect, but he had already told me where the cop was at. so since my friend had DNA on him of multiple dead body's and so did I with drugs also growing in both of our houses, I'm pretty sure i had every right to kill the cop so that we would not go to jail because we were both faces 10 years maximum.

Additional Information: i also don't understand why I was banned for 2.5? why was that included?

2.5 - Excessively impacting the experience of others negatively is not allowed unless it is a proportionate escalation against negative actions already performed. - Directly killing someone infront of a officer harming said player expirance for killing them for no disernable reason outside the PD WHERE YOU KNOW COPS ARE GOING TO BE.
3.4 - Directly putting your life at risk for little to no gain, what are you going to gain from protecting drug that you "where protecting" when outside?

So my thoughts are as follows, You lied, put simply you gave a bullshit reason for shooting me at subs, and you gave a lack luster reason for finishing off the guy, If you would have paid attention to the terminolgy when being on PLPD you would have noticed this little part, You put the guys life at risk, you where delt with propornatly.

Also there was no medics around, the guy you where with also stored his gun because he did not drop it when i GP'ed him, and would you have known if I got DNA, no warrent was set as i had not gotten to my car yet, So is no reason you thought DNA was taken... (DNA was taken but he did not know that)

If you want to play the woah is me card, do it when eveidence is not there, However for my side of things feel free to make an IA if you think how I handled it was not great

Well it is, you clearly have a disregard for your actions, You think your above everyone seamingly anyway, questioning something where I have undeniable proof of that is just madness bud.

You were going to put him into your car, get a warrant for his house, then break in and get his sniper, then later charge him 9.5. I stand on what I did because what I did was NOTHING wrong. I understand what I did during the bat incident was wrong, but I did not expect an officer to be there considering there was a bank robbery going on. Not harrasing you mate Im stating the facts - Also please see this for a explination of why i sorted this incident out instead of going to bank... diffrent situation same logic

thats cool and all but I was just giving more context as to why i was killing him in the open considering the police all going to the bank raid. i would think they would all be busy.
