Why should this appeal be considered?: i wasnt given much time to react or understand why i was being arrested they told me to leave at first i had my back turned and suddently i hear the all shouting and yelling as i just said i was trying to understand i really belive i wasnt give much time to do anything i whould had put my hands up for sure

After reviewing a Officers POV, its clear you broke gunpoint, instead of putting your hands up you kept screaming "what did i do" which resulted in your death.
