Why were you punished?: it was auto ban by console , my brother( ⁀➴) is banned for 3 days so may we have the same ip connection thats why i got ban automatically
Why should this appeal be considered?: Dear Support Team,
I am writing to formally appeal an automatic ban that was placed on my account by the console system. I believe this ban was triggered in error due to a shared network connection.
My brother recently received a 3-day ban on his own account. Because we live in the same household, we share the exact same internet connection and external IP address. It appears that when the system logged his restriction, the automated security system flagged our mutual IP address and automatically applied a ban to my account as a consequence of association.
I want to clarify that I have not committed any infractions, nor have I violated the terms of service. My account is entirely separate from my brother's, and the actions that led to his restriction were not mine. We simply happen to route our traffic through the same home router, which often causes automated network security protocols to mistake separate users for the same individual.
I kindly request that you review the login history, unique hardware IDs (HWIDs), or device signatures associated with our accounts. You will see that my account is tied to a distinct device and was not involved in the behavior that triggered the initial action.
Thank you for taking the time to investigate this cross-contamination issue. I hope to have the automatic IP restriction lifted from my account soon so I can return to playing.
