Why were you punished?: 2.5 - User gunned down a player that entered Projex giving no prior warning - Length due to record

Why should this appeal be considered?: if you see in the clip at 1:19 through 1:23 the guy left the building and he was on teamspeak or on the phone then at 1:25 a guy runs out with a gun pulls it away we gun point him and at 1:36 harry the guy on teamspeak said "hand up 3x" and he did then at 1:30 my friend said "watch out he has a friend" and he comes in i think he has a gun and i shoot him down and 2 of the friend i was with was right at the door so the guy outside should hear them say hands up to the guy inside i dident want to kill him but my friend said that i chould do that as he chould hear us speaking right at the door

The person you shot was in fact not armed and even if they were, you failed to give them any commands prior to shooting them. Just because the person could hear you telling the other person to put their hands up, does not give you reason to shoot them whatsoever. In the future, you should gunpoint them and issue them commands rather than killing them on sight.
