Why were you punished?: Rule 3.4, under gunpoint by officers and I pulled out a gun - resulting in my death.
Why should this appeal be considered?: "Committing a violent crime police would reasonably use lethal force to apprehend you for."
That is from the page for rule 3.4, I shot at car for running me over, the police pointed guns at me so I shot at them. There was a small gunfight before my death, if that helps.
