Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 3.4 - User proceeded to flank cops at Bazaar without taking appropriate measures to ensure it would be beneficial to shoot cops. Had the user taken these appropriate measures, he would've realised that his friends were dead and that flanking cops would not have been worth it.

Why should this appeal be considered?: Because this is complete bs? One of my friends was alive but in cuffs, hence he didn't try to communicate with me at all, I couldn't see his corpse so obviously I would assume he's in cuffs somewhere around there. There was a medic on the server so I assumed any friends that were dead were going to get revived shortly. I've never seen anyone get punished for this lmao, even if they were all dead there's still a good case for KOSing just to preserve the amount of guns that were left lying around as there were LOTS unless cops just instantly confiscated them.

The points that you have raised in your dispute are flawed. Firstly, you mention that just because your friend didn't communicate back with you in-game, you decided to make an assumption that they were in cuffs somewhere. Similarly, you assumed that your other friends with about to be revived just because you knew a medic was on the server. These two points are very similar in that you can't just make assumptions when there is significant risk to your life. You should have scouted out the area before engaging because you caused a further unnecessary shoot-out. Having reviewed the evidence, we can see that your friend that was allegedly in cuffs at Bazaar had made it all the way to the casino prior to you shooting, which proves that it all could have been avoided if you had done some proper reconnaissance. Furthermore, your last point is redundant. Your life is worth a lot more than a few guns, and you should never KOS cops over guns alone, especially when you're going to have to spend even more time in the area moving them.
