Why were you punished?: 3.4, 3.13, 1.6 | Ignored GP from another Officer and harvested drugs instead right in front of them. Refused to respond to the report despite multiple pings and clear activity throughout

Why should this appeal be considered?: Destruction, Not Harvesting: I was actively raiding a property. When the officer confronted me, I was not attempting to harvest the drugs for personal profit or financial gain. My sole intention was to destroy the contraband to ensure the raid's objective was completed, I did not pocket any of the drugs or attempt to flee the situation while under gunpoint.

Additional Information: I did see a message from the administration regarding this situation right before I left. However, I had an urgent real-life matter and had to log off immediately. I was completely unable to stay and respond to the report.

I want to assure the staff team that logging off was not an attempt to avoid a staff sit or show disrespect to the rules; it was purely due to unavoidable real-world timing

I do not have a YouTube clip or recording of the incident from my perspective, as I was not recording at the time. However, I kindly ask the reviewing staff to check the server logs for the specific timestamps of the raid, as the logs should reflect that no drugs were added to my inventory/picked up, and were instead destroyed

I believe the main reason why you were banned was that you harvested or destroyed (doesn't matter either way) drugs whilst under gunpoint of a Police Officer, I had issued several commands to put your hands up with my gun aimed at you (as you were raiding the property) and you had failed to comply, and you continued to harvest or destroy these drugs, so I had to unequip my gun and cuff you. Failing to comply with gunpoint would go under 3.4 so you would still have broken this rule even if you had not broken the rules you appealed for (3.13 and 1.6). Also to be honest, can't you wait out the 2 days instead of disputing it? It is a fairly short ban and at least it isn't like a week or even a month.

Hey, thanks for responding and giving your side of it.
You are completely right about Rule 3.4 (FearRP), and I’m not going to argue that. Looking back, I completely hyper-focused on destroying the plants and ignored your gunpoint, which was a bad judgment call on my part. You shouldn't have had to put your weapon away just to force-cuff me because I wasn't complying. I apologize for messing up that roleplay scenario for you.
To answer your question about why I'm appealing a 2-day ban instead of just waiting it out: I honestly don't mind waiting out the two days. The main reason I made the appeal was because of the 1.6 (leaving during a report) charge. Because I had to log off for a real-life emergency right as the report opened, it looks like I intentionally ran away from a staff sit to dodge punishment.
I wanted to clear that part up with the staff so I don't have a permanent mark on my record for dodging reports, as I do respect the server and the rules. I'm completely fine with taking accountability for the FearRP mistake, I just wanted to be honest about the timing of my log-off.

Rule 3.13 specifically states:

You must not take items from planters or chemical tables during a raid or when you think you are about to be raided, unless you have a significant chance of escape.

Whatever your intention was, you picking the drugs early and not receiving any product still constitutes taking items from the planter as you have to take the item in order to destroy it. Not only that but you continued to actively do it while a cop was stood at point blank range pointing a pistol at you. You then walked to the other side of the bathroom to another set of planters and did the exact same thing, while the cop was still screaming at you to put your hands up with a gun practically pressed against your head. You then continued to do it while handcuffed. This covers 3.4.

Also your stated intention makes zero sense. Why would you pick drugs early so as to destroy them in a property that you do not own? Why would you assist the property owners that you just raided?

Also, while I appreciate your representations on the inclusion of 1.6, it was open for 5 minutes before you disconnected. You could have at least responded to it to say that you needed to go, and you were in-fact doing things in-game while the report was open and were being pinged/notified.
