Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User opened storage and pulled out a weapon while under gunpoint with his friend at the Bunker property. He was then killed by the gunmen after.

Why should this appeal be considered?: I don't think I was under gunpoint, when I opened the chest, I did not see any people. I would like to see the evidence of the part where I run to the chest, while under gunpoint, because when I opened the chest I repeat I saw nobody, I only first saw the raiders when I turned around from the chest once my gun withdrawed after the loading animation.

Additional Information: Please post evidence of the incident, part where I am running to chest under gunpoint, not only the part where I turn around and get shot but from the beginning. Then I can prove I wasn't under gunpoint.

I uploaded the requested demos, when I open chest there was nobody in my sight.. I was shot when I turned around before I could comply. I truly think this ban is unfair.... I'm a recent new player and do my best to be a good player, I didn't have intent to break any rules

I'd like to add to the dispute: just checked the demo, when the live play happened I had no headset on as I was literally just back from smoking irl, I sat down and saw we are being raided but wasnt under gunpoint so ran to chest, out of panic didnt have headset on so I did not hear any voice commentary. I am sorry either way but had 0 intent to lose my AK like this or break the rules, my friend was there so I wasnt aware someone was already standing behind me. If I am in the wrong I'd like this to become an apology appeal, it's crazy the one time I had my headset off for a minute this happens. I would appreciate to return before the 3 days... So if it's possible to make this also an apology appeal, I am sorry about this misunderstanding, it was not my intent.

Upon reviewing all pieces of evidence, including your demo(s), we have came to a conclusion.

Playing with audio is a requirement, of course we do not expect players who go AFK to have their headphones on at all times, however when you do return to the game and start actively playing, that is when we do enforce this requirement. Due to you admitting that you did not have your headphones on, 2.7 will be added to your ban reason.

2.7 Required Sounds​

You must be able to hear in-game sounds, including the voices of other players. You do not have to use a microphone unless you are Police and do not have an exemption.

In relation to your 3.4 ban, we have decided that due to somebody being behind you, actively gun pointing you and giving you commands is still violating 3.4, despite having your headphones off at the time. Had you had your headphones on and heard the user gunpointing you and complied, you would not have been banned.

The 2.7 & 3.4 ban is deemed valid.
