Why should this appeal be considered?: ok, i wanna start off with when i shot at ashur at the start, right after nova died. Using common sense no one would look away if there was a cop alive, especially in a open area like that, i went off that nova had died, and i started shooting. I heard zero shooting going off other then the as50 at nova, which i started shooting after he had died.
I initiated the counter raid while there were not cops on scene, I countered while there was no sign of any cops alive from my pov, i assume nova was the first and only cop that responded around the time where i started shooting.
it was around 20 seconds after i started shooting another cop came on scene
i cleared the scene using common sense
