Why should this appeal be considered?: In this clip it shows that i was not in control of what the situation was going to happen, i thought we would be heading to the bank to do the bank robbery. When the shootout began i had to join in and assist my friend in the shootout as i had no other choice since he was ramming into the cop. Im also disputing satying in my base as there was around 8 planters of drugs, yes we did get raided but we had a reason to stay and harvest the drugs.

Additional Information: I cannot upload any demo as i do not what pc’s it is held on. I have 2 pc but i only have access to one, i also had no opportunity to explain myself as i was not pinged until i was banned

There would have been zero evidence tying you to performing a potential Bank Robbery as the vault cracker had not yet been collected. None of you were warranted either, nor had done anything that would have given you reason to believe that Police might be stopping you for more serious crimes. In-fact what you all did was counter-productive as you ended up drawing more attention to your Bank Robbery crew, exponentially increasing the difficulty of starting a Bank Robbery with minimal Police intervention.

It would have been far better for all of you to have cooperated and if necessary forfeit the firearm, get another one out at City Storage, and then continue on your way to performing the Bank Robbery and collecting the vault cracker.

While we do appreciate that you were a passenger and not in direct control of the entire situation, you are in control of your own actions. You could have chosen not to join in the shooting and let the driver do their thing and play it safe yourself.
