Ban Dispute (thehomelessdude)

[Leonixoo]

Punishment Type: Ban
Punishment Subtype: Server Ban
Appeal Type: Dispute[Evidence]
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @thehomelessdude
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: 1 Day

Your Steam Name: Leonixoo
Your Roleplay Name: Cody McCabe
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:637664788

Why were you punished?: 2.5, 3.7 - Player purposefully prop pushed a planter with christmas trees out of their box for no reason at all.

Why should this appeal be considered?: the planters were publically visible covered by a chain link fence and the rules clearly say all planters must be available for players to access them without crouching nor jumping. I didnt want to bother the admins by reporting it so i just pushed it out and i dont know what the "box" means

Additional Information: the staff didnt even talk to me about the report they just straight out banned me i barely got to read the sentence he wrote

The rules says drugs, not explicitly planters themselves. Christmas trees aren't drugs, they're event items and blocking those in to prevent theft is allowed as event items carry protections. If you feel a rule is being broken, you should report it rather than resorting to a rulebreak because you felt as though a rule was being broken. If you wish to complain about thehomelessdudes conduct, you should make a staff complaint.
