Why were you punished?: 2.5 3.4 - The user drove recklessly in front of an officer, unaware of the officer's presence. Then while knowing being pulled over, they drove poorly again, causing them to run someone over on the off ramp. They then fled from the police and attempted to stab an officer to death.

Why should this appeal be considered?: Hello, i’ve just come home to see that i’ve been banned off the server for 3.4. 2.5 3.4 - The user drove recklessly in front of an officer, unaware of the officer's presence. Then while knowing being pulled over, they drove poorly again, causing them to run someone over on the off ramp. They then fled from the police and attempted to stab an officer to death.

1st point, i drove recklessly but it wasn’t on purpose, it was high pop part of the day for the server and my game was shitting itself and i couldn’t keep a perfect straight of the car which kept causing me swinging around lanes, i couldn’t control the car due to a server issue and i couldn’t stop the car due to it being on the highway and accidentally brake checking someone.

2nd point, The Law, I was willingly going to pull over as it was just a minor traffic stop and i was gonna explain it in roleplay terms how i couldn’t keep control of the car, until when coming out of the motorway on the business thingy ma jig, i saw 2 people out of there car on the bottom of the motorway ramp in business, i did try to avoid hitting them but the brakes just wasn’t good, you can test the brakes out on the BMW M3 E92 at high speed to back my point, the car slides and doesn’t stop for a while, i wasn’t originally planning on fleeing until i hit someone, even if you accidentally hit someone with a car it’s still a 9.2 charge, and liable to 8 years, yes the officer was gonna charge me without it, but how was i supposed to know that, i valued my freedom and tried to get away as i didn’t want a big sentence and a ticket as i was running low on money.

ThePeak told me in a message that the officer wasn’t gonna charge me with the 9.2 but how was i meant to know that, Some officers are different and charge you with everything, i was within my rights of the server laws and rules to act the way i did, i was 10 toes, fleeing for a potential 9.2 charge and when i got spiked and car stopped i tried stabbing an officer as that is a validable reason to kos cops

Involved:

We came behind you going up the city ramp, where you already were driving without due care and attention, and later recklessly rammed into another vehicle.
Upon driving behind you on the highway, you were swerving across lanes pretty recklessly, and suddenly moved to the off ramp where you then once again somehow drifted into a barrier.
Upon continuing driving you drove into a civilian whom was dangerously parked at the off ramp, therefore we could not reasonably charge you with 9.2, as they were stationed in a dangerous position with no proper warning signs from police officers or an RTC set up, we were pulling you over for reckless driving, as you clearly were not paying attention and it came down to civilian safety, therefore 12.12.

Especially with your explanation here, had you explained this in the traffic stop, we would of been understanding, Especially considering it was never 9.2, and we never even spoke of 9.2. Me and Headline just said 12.12 Reckless Driving

We can not reasonably charge you with such a serious crime due to the situation.
1) The vehicle should not of been parked there in a dangerous location
2) You should have been less reckless and paid more attention

Had you of stopped, you would have received a ticket at most.

Just because you assume you are going to get arrested for something, does not change the situation, due to the circumstances we could not charge you reasonably with 9.2, and you shouldn't go off the worst case scenario in the first place.
Considering we were also in TFU gear, had we considered you a geniunely endangerement driving, we would have simply shot, and disabled your vehicle, which we didn't, we decided to do a traffic stop, speak to you, and give you a ticket due to these circumstances, everything is situational and not always set.

Based on your view:
All officers should arrest almost everyone who tapped someone over with their vehicle, as they broke 9.2, which clearly almost never happens except in extreme cases where it is clearly intentional rather than an accident.
