Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User pulled a weapon whilst under gunpoint by a Police Officer

Why should this appeal be considered?: Because right after me and my friends shot a guy which is murder (and it says its justifiable to kill a cop over the murder charge) a cop pulled up the second i pressed the key to enter my car, i try backing up but the car is too slow and it wasn't even turned around so i had no other choice then to try to jump out the car and shoot the cop since he would've just disabled the car since its so slow, now i already had a gun in my hands when i got into the car except when i unlocked the car so when i jumped out i already had my gun out. I read thru 3.4 multiple times and i honestly don't really think i broke any rules. I couldn't just surrender since i just shot a guy and had an AK-47 on me, and couldn't drive away since the car was too slow and the cop would have just disabled the car.

Additional Information: I have done this literally before and NO ONE said anything about it, it was fair i mean obv im gonna jump out the car guns blazing if he just shot my friend and tried arresting me after i just murdered someone, it literally says its justifiable in the rules as well??

You were successfully granted an order of compliance while in no position to retaliate.

The vehicle in which you attempted an escape was both too slow (which you self admit) to enable ignorance to the command granted & brought to a halt almost immediately after. Given the distance between you and the Officer, the unobstructed line of sight of the gunpoint, the fact that you received the command, the void of cover after exiting the vehicle, and your haste in switching to your M4 instead of surrendering while under said continuous gunpoint, we find you in violation of 3.4 and the ban 100% justified.
