Why should this appeal be considered?: So, I apparently violated 3.4 during the half a second it took my car to go from accelerate to reverse (Which I was holding the reverse button whole time) as well as the person giving the command while my vehicle was in motion. Also as I just hit his friends with my car, he was KOS on me which means, me stepping out my vehicle under GP would risk my life. Also, how come the two people, who very clearly violated 3.4 didn't get banned and the one person didn't even receive a warning despite them dying for pulling out a weapon while under GP and trying to kill me. Yet I am the one punished as my vehicle was stationary for half a second under gp. This took over a week for a resolution on my AR against THREE people, yet I am the only one that got punished, as I said, for my car being stationary for half a second under gp.
It defies logic to ban me here especially for so long when one person died in a result of 3.4, and another person could have died as a result of 3.4. in very clear rule breaks, of pulling out a weapon while under GP, but I get banned for 5 days cause 26 milliseconds is too many milliseconds.
Additional Information: My car was stationary for way too short of a time for me to be banned for 3.4 here. It had taken over a week for very clear rule violations, for no actual punishment to be given out to anyone, other than me, the one who made the AR and my reason for being banned here is for being stationary for (Quite literally less than) half a second. My CAR was stationary for 26 frames. Which is 26 milliseconds.
The precise millisecond, the person began speaking, to the moment he was knocked down and disarmed by my car was 1.25 seconds, 26 of these milliseconds, my car was "Stationary" if you could even call it that. Not only that but I was banned for 5 days because of this.............................
I would also like to add, my vehicle was constantly in the process of motion, it was never actually stationary even though it may appear to be not moving after I hit the wall. Therefore banning me here for 3.4 is unreasonable, especially when the people who pulled out guns while under GP literally had no warning or ban despite previous offences. Now I would like to play V6 when it launches, I have been waiting for ages for V6 just like everyone else, only to be banned just over a day prior over an AR I made on 3 people who very clearly violated server rules, despite this, I am the one who got banned instead. I was also teaching a new player everything when I got banned as well as having waited over a month to try and apply for Senior Officer, which I passed the questions and was about to try and get ORs done after helping the new player, right before I got banned with 0 warning.
