Why should this appeal be considered?: This ban should be atleast considered because I was playing normally, and my friends got arrested. So I machete the officer and his officer kills me. While im unconscious my power went out. i couldn't go in the server for the rest of the night. When i woke up for school and came back home i saw i was banned. If you read this thank you.

After reviewing the ban, we believe it is valid, the logs show that you disconnected by yourself only 50 seconds after getting shot down by police.

Rule 3.20 states:
You must not be unconscious, in active roleplay, or speaking to a staff member when disconnecting. You must wait until 10 minutes have passed since committing a crime, unless the crime has been resolved (you were charged or absolved). You are not allowed to disconnect to save items. If you have to disconnect during roleplay, you must make a report and provide a good reason.

You disconnecting whilst unconscious made it impossible for you to get revived or arrested. To answer your question about why Vollgas cannot handle this, it is because staff members are not allowed to handle their own disputes, it can only be done by other staff members who were not involved in the issuing of the punishment.
