Why do you feel the ban's invalid?: i was reconnecting and mim decided to ban me without talking to me at all, his attitude through the whole arrest was childish and he was trying to give me 10y 10k because we hurt his feelings which in my opinion is excessive negativity.

Before editing your post you said you reconnected to "get an automatic 10y sentence to make mims life easier"

Are you even disputing the ban at all or are you complaining about @Mimball's conduct and how he handled the situation?
