Why do you feel the ban's invalid?: i didnt break anything and didnt lie either, so i told misel hands up not jacob and he did coroporate and for jacob he had his gun out so that means i can shoot him as hes at the dd spot so i didnt lie and would like to dispute

You evidently aren't partnered with Jacob as you two were in combat at the end, so whatever he said to Misel means nothing on your end. You clearly shot Misel without making any sort of communication and therefore the ban is valid.
