Ban Evading

I've seen alot of people on the sourcebans trying to go onto alt accounts while banned but last time I put a Action Request, alot of people said that if the user does not get on the server while banned using a alt account then it does not count. Could someone set it straight?

AFAIK, ban evading is joining from another account, which you had just made for this purpose.
I still want to learn on these, but thats all I know.

When somebody is banned from the server, the person is banned; not just their main account. If someone who has been banned whilst playing on account X, it is forbidden for them to join the server on any other account. It doesn't matter if they already had it or have borrowed it or even made a new one.

tl;dr If you're banned, you're banned. Don't join the server.
