Why Should This Player Be Punished: So what happened was that i took this guy at gunpoint while he had a shotgun on his back, i told him to drop it several time and after 4-5 seconds he pulled his shotgun while gunpointed and shot me!

Ehm...if you shoot him he can pull out a gun to kill you, to save his own life. That is because he 100% knows you are GOING to kill him. So I don't think he broke any rules..

Valid: If you've starting shooting at him under gun point to potentially save his life he is allowed to pull out a weapon. ONLY if you've already started shooting, as it would be instinct in real life if you did have a weapon on you.

The lag spike isn't relevent. It won't really play any part, it's not his fault it's yours. Which is why there is no reason to punish him. I haven't watched the demo, but from the summary you had him under gun point and attempted to kill him, had bad shooting and got killed which is totally valid.

EDIT: After reading your comment @PISSEFARLIG if you did order him to drop his shotgun under gunpoint and he didn't then he is violating rule 3.4. Add it in the summery of why he should be banned so it gives users a clear sight of what happened.

Nah im making this request because i was pulling my gun and told him to drop his shotgun, and there went like 4-5 sec and then he pulled the gun, and then i had the lag spike, so it just skip the lag spike thing

First of all you are saying ingame that you have proff that you had your gun out before i had

Second: In the start yes? I think its unfair to loose a gun because of you breaking the rules?

The first rulebreak is 1st priority, and since you did tell him to drop it and after 4-5 seconds he killed you he did break a rule. I cant access the picture link Jeremy said so if someone can write it down on the comments it would be appreciated.

EDIT: I saw what you written about the bribe thingy and I take myself back. Both players should be punished.
