Both are equally guilty of violating the following Rules:
1.4 Causing Problems (Trolling)
2.5. Excessive Negativity
2.1 Play Realistically and 3.3 Realistic Actions
3.19 Evading Arrest
As some may see this as a rather small violation of the Rules I find it more of a big issue.
These Players seem not be able to Roleplay by the standards of the Server which are set to Hardcore-RP type.
Whether or not you see this punishment rather too much you should maybe ask yourself if you would like them to interrupt/ruin your or anyone else s RP-Experience on the Server.
