Why Should This Player Be Punished:

I was growing in my appartment in slums (4) when i heard picklock at that moment i sat in my appartment and heard shots, i opened my door went out and closed it. After done so i took my weapon in passive stand and went down the stairs to assist (vito) and I asked, Can i help, the same time a guy (who was raiding) not even gunpoints me but shoots immediately. I was never a full threat since i had my weapon in passive and he had it in a active pose.

After a mod (Riekelt) came on I asked for who killed me and he responded, he said he was going to get the guy but he went off, so we couldn't solve it so i am making this BR now.


If player is banned/warned, I would love to get my m1911a1 fully loaded back.

I don't see anything wrong with the raider shooting you. You were a threat to him because he knew you were armed.

You could have called the police on them or even you could have shot them. You were armed so you were a treat, you were also kind of broke 3.3 as, I'm guessing, you weren't with the people who were raided and really would you ask someone with a gun if you can help them raid someone. You also went straight back to the apartment after respawning which is kind off breaking nlr as well. -support

So, you had your gun in passive stance, this means you can just pull it up and shoot. Because of that you were a threat to him, he had a good reason to shoot you. And if you hear shots and go down there, you are kinda risking your life and breaking 3.4.

He clearly spotted your firearm.
