Why Should This Player Be Punished: Well as you see in the demo i was just going back to the pd then this guy starting punching and being aggresive next thing he does is to punch my police car. I then arrest the man, i was giving him a ticket then this guy (Peter Steel) Comes into the situation and just talks to me that i should release him. I then say no and he comes behind me with a gun and shoots me right infront of the pd risking his life and killing me over a ticket.

You certainly shouldn't of been shot in this situation and the request is accepted. 3.4 was broken by placing his life in danger for a non valid reason (a ticket)... His ban has been issued for 1 month.
