Reason: Breaking 3.4, pulling out a gun and was about to shoot a police officer for being pulled over on a regular traffic stop. I told him it was against rule 3.4 in the LOOC after he was shot down, but he continued to press that he could do so to avoid a traffic ticket.

As far as the demo shows me, the guy did pull out a gun for a regular traffic stop. I'm kinda on the edge if you also broke 3.4 Alabin, by pulling out a gun while he had a gun pulled out a meter away from you.
