So basically i got this idea from another post i saw, but anyways the bank terminal and the credit card are like this:
-You can buy a credit card (quite cheap since they dont cost IRL) at the bank and carry it around.
-Can only be used at shops which have bank terminals. A couple of chosen ones such as one of the city shops, gas stations, restaurants etc.
-Robbers can take it away from you and use it 3 times and get a total of for example; 1000 dollars in total???
-Players can buy bank terminals from Uncle Cos and place them in shops for players to use.
-Players get a little extra money when players use credit cards, so people actually will use them
