Topic: Battering ram able to tear down frozen props.



Short explanation (in notes):
- Frozen props unfreeze when rightclicked on.
- Displays a message when hitting something invalid "This is not a prop or a vehicle"

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
I've recently noticed that leg defenses are becoming more and more popular, and with that comes more power. It's really OP.

This will also enable police to enter blocked off areas, like parker garage blockades.

Just use /report as it is considered a headglitch. I don't think this is needed and could as well be misused and OP in some cases.

Pounding on a wooden fence, concrete barrier/etc. with a battering ram made for breaking down doors seems silly. They're not sledgehammers. Leg defenses where you see the legs of the tresspassers but they see nothing of you is not permitted to build or use, from what I've been told at several occasions.
