Suggestion Title: Bazaar signs
Suggestion Description: For a small fee (between $1,000 - $2,500) you should be able to upgrade your sign from the normal sign to a triple sign that allows users to put a whitelisted image into for example;

Why should this be added?:
Looks nicer than stacking a sign on top of a sign
Money sink
What negatives could this have?:
Only thing I can think of is dev time
What problem would this suggestion solve?: May reduce props in bazaar, causing less lag? Idk
