Suggestion Description: You can already disable tv by shooting it I dont see the point of making radio bulletproof

The other day someone put a radio inside a fishing crate by the processing NPC, and we had no way to turn it off. It was practically torture to the new players arrested, who didn't know how to turn the volume down. With this, we could've shot it while we worked on getting it removed.

I like this idea, I had to shoot a TV that was spamming Chinese shit it was driving me crazy and the owner blew my head off. Makes for 10/10 angry gameplay
